Double W Ranch

History

Started in 1948 by Merle Witt's Father, George H. Witt. George turned over the herd in 1970 to his son, Merle. Merle has owned the herd through the present time with his daughter, Ann and her husband, owning half the herd and carrying on the legacy. When Ann Witt and David Whitaker were married they put their names together and created the Double W Ranch, which runs along side Merle Witt and Witt and Son Angus.
